Search
We assist cross-border Venture Capital and Private Equity funds search for high-growth/high-tech investment opportunities in Brazil, with a focus on startups and SMB that address the challenges of:
i. Industrial processes and product engineering, from any sector;
ii. Logistics and Energy Infrastructure;
iii. Industry verticals: Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Mining, Agro.
Deals
We support deals either on the sell side or buy side.
Equity investment: seed, Series A-C.
Acquisition: full, control, and minority stakes.
Management
We offer advice, consulting and assistance for pre-deal and post-deal business management.
We start our operations in Brazil in Q2 2023.
